Tenant Referencing:

Our application submission is designed to be as quick and easy as possible. Simply scan and email, or fax the application to your UK based account manager who will confirm receipt and commence the tenant screening process. Completed reports are issued within 24 – 48 hours depending on response times from referees. All applications and any delays (for example government bodies insisting that references are returned by post) are itemised on a progress update provided every morning.

PTR clients benefit from a dedicated account manager who personally processes applications and (if required) answers calls from tenants relating to the referencing process until the final report is issued. All clients, who have taken up this free service, have noticed a significant improvement in their application process. It obviously frees up an agents time to allow increased productivity and ultimately increases business profits.

Flexibility is another crucial feature of PTR’s service.  We recognise that both tenants and agents have ad hoc requirements and we will accommodate these whenever possible. For example, we offer extended opening hours by prior arrangement.

Integration of our tailored services into letting agents’ procedures ensures that tenants receive a trouble free service throughout their assessment process. For example, we provide personalised application forms to include agents’ name and logo where required.
